Hey, This is Goofyninja101. I have one question. If someone buys a product and the seller puts the money in there bank, will paypal take money out of the bank if they chargeback?

No, unless you manually add funds from your bank to zero out the PayPal balance. Otherwise, PayPal will put your account in the negative or deduct/hold and money received into your PayPal balance, tack on what you owe when you make a purchase.
