Hello Paypal community,
I know this is dumb yes, but I bought something from someone using Paypal FnF.
The seller scammed me and as soon as he received my money, he said he never got anything and proceeded to block me. I opened a case through the resolution center but it got denied.
Then I tried using the message center to contact paypal, they got back 18 hours later but said to open a dispute even though I already had a closed denied case.
Is it possible to open another case? Or should I just try and contact my bank.
