For some reason, many PayPal payments do not show up on my list of transactions on the PayPal website. Some, maybe all of them, are donations, but that is not clear to me why. Usually, though I receive an email confirmation. However there is one recent transaction on my bank account- no record on PayPal transaction list, no email confirmation. I disputed this transaction, but in order to dispute, one has to pick a transaction on the list. I picked one, said clearly that I was not disputing this particular transaction, but got a reply saying "transaction OK." i appealed, but haven't heard back. What to do?
