Charge Backs From Customers

I received a few chargebacks from large orders that were placed in 2017 and early 2018. I haven't been active on my business as I have put it to the side to focus on school. Now I'm dealing with paypal putting my account -$850 and its looking as if the customers are going to get their money when I have sent out my merchandise. I'm not sure what to do, I cannot pay this back I am not working and I'm not selling anything from my store right now.... I told paypal that I sent the items and I didn't keep the tracking numbers... I literally have no control over who shops on my site. Should I just leave my account negative ? Or maybe pay it back over time? Paypal seems to always side with the buyer smh. Also does paypal take money from your bank account without permission?

If you sent trackable you would have seller protection and would win most disputes.

You chose not to and so lost your seller protection.
