Hi, I'm trying to see if it's possible to give up my account for my mum. I was trying to sell a pair of shoes to someone who wanted to use paypal, but I didn't know that Paypal had a hold for people underage. I have talked with my mum, and she agreed that she will take responsibilities, and in charge of the acc and I have requested Paypal for the name change and everything with the document required. Is this request possible? I really need the money to fund for my university books, as my family isn't too wealthy. I'm turning 18 in a 4 months however going into uni in less than 1 month, and I'm hoping that this issue gets resolved within a week. Thank you so much!
