Changing my PayPal name.

For some reason I can't submit my ID or any other document. I click send documents and nothing happens. I tried contacting support and failed. What can I do? I can't use PayPal because my name is not confirmed nor is my location, I can't close my paypal account, can't submit my documents, nothing. Thanks.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
