I need to change my EIN and release the hold on my business account. The edits I may to the account information screen never save. The correct EIN paperwork from the IRS has been sent three different times and I have spoken numerous times to PayPal customer service who only ever "refer it to the back office" and I never receive follow up. There is a hold on the account pending the correct EIN so I am getting a little desperate to get this done. Any help is appreciated.
