Changed Case Type by mistake in Resolution Centre

I opened two cases in the Resolution Centre. This is the 20th day since I opened the cases. I think I misunderstood what escalating a dispute within 20 days means. I clicked on change case type but that seems wrong. How can I undo that action. All I see is Cancel.
