I am new to Paypal. I made an acct using my husbands surname and PayPal approved it. But my bad, i supposed to use my old surname because i haven't change my status yet. But i was wondering too because it was approved even my proof of ID is my surname when i was single. My cousin sent money to my acct but i am unable to withdraw or transfer the money to my bank acct. Because i keep on getting error message that there's a problem with my acct which is not clearly stated. I sent all the documents needed to request to change my surname but there's no reply. I hope someone can help me. Thank you in advance 🙂
