I have fraudulent charges and I had my PayPal account attached to my debit card I don't use my PayPal account very often so I never checked my statement until yesterday in the last year I was charged fragility and PayPal won't help me My bank credited me back on the bank's end but PayPal won't help any suggestions thank you

Once the bank refunded/credited you, then you can't get reimbursed again from PayPal. What is it exactly are you expecting PayPal to do? Only getting part of the story here. And once you go to the bank or your credit card to dispute, PayPal closes/denies your open disputes cases.
