This company sent me this message,14-10-2020,i posted item they did not receive item,they threatened to take money out of paypal account without my permission,

I never got the parcel. It obviously was not sent so I feel I should be able to reprocess the payment
using the same details.

Sorry but why would you not refund a buyer that paid you for an item that they did not receive !!!!
