Argos out off stock on items I want so cash sitting in limbo between paypal and argos! 3 days now...I want my cash back in my account please!!

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

OMG why do I have to wait that long wanted to search elsewhere for products and now cash tied up with someone getting interest while I no satisfaction

Yep i am in the same boat as i ordered shoes and they are out of stock and its pending in my paypal account 

You could contact your funding source company ie bank account or card and see if they will release the pending funds, i may try but it hasn't worked before.

Never knew this happened or would not have used paypal. ..not efficient so probably deactivate account as no use to me when cash can't be returned. ...in shortfall
