Case

I opened a case for a purchase coming from China. They sent me the wrong thing. Now the case is saying I will get the refund once I send the wrong item back. It’s going to cost me about what my refund is just to send the wrong item back. How can I message back in an open case asking them to provide a shipping label? I can’t even read the return address because it’s written in Chinese. I’m not happy with the resolution and can’t seem to get any answers.
