I sold an item to someone and they opened a case because item showed up late on tracking, the item has been delivered but the buyer still hasn't closed the case or responded to my messages and my funds are on hold. Anything I can do to get my funds not stuck?

Do nothing but keep an eye on the dispute and let it time out on it's own in 20 days from date it was opened and the funds will be automatically refunded to you IF the dispute has not been escalated or nothing happens with it within that time period.
