Case was solved sellers favor without even asking me anything

Hello guys So i have problem , recently opened case against seller because of sending me iphone 7 (jet black) , instead of iphone 8 . I’ve wrote details in case and without even asking one question after escalating claim to dispute , my case was closed sellers favor. I trusted sellers description and didn’t looked pics closely (they were taken in dark environment) . When i got it and realized it , i’ve contacted seller and he still claimed that it’s iphone 8 and not 7 . What can i do? I’ve bought thousands of dollars staff with paypal just in last month and seller had 0 feedbacks on ebay, so he’s clearly new even to paypal , but still i got scammed and paypal decided case to his favor. How , Just how this can be happen? I’m confused and disappointed same time What to do??

If the seller's description was incorrect, you need to bring this to the attention of PayPal if PayPal made an error. You have to send clear proof that it was not as described. Try going to the Resolution Center, to the closed cases list to reopen the case after you gathered your evidence. 

If it doesn't let you re-open case in the Resolution Center, click "Help" at the top menu, then scroll down and click "Contact Us" and then select the phone option.

I’ve sent them email before opening this thread. Couldn’t give them call, because i don’t have enough on balance right now and it’s not cheap either to call them for hours to explain them everything.
