How long does it take to review a dispute. The company never shipped the item, they never responded to a single message I sent them, I don't see how this could be any clearer case of fraud. Yet almost a month later it is still under review. This is horrible customer service. No ability to call PayPal, they do not respond in chat, it is like they just shut the entire company down for covid. If I can work from home why can't Paypal support?
