I have a case opened and it obvious that the other party is trying to scam me but when every the day passes the estimated time of the case being resolved it gets extended please help.
If you win a case and are covered by buyer protection then it doesn't matter how long it takes as you would still get your refund.
However paypal are inundated with claims at the moment because buyers have been buying tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads, so all claims are taking much longer.
Sadly you just have to wait it out for your turn in the queue.
