Dear Sir or Madam I am appalled at the treatment and lack of assistance i have received from Paypal in regards the the above case. If return the item in question back to china then this scammer has succeeded as the cost will be very close to the amount i am claiming For a company like paypal to allow this sort of scam to continue is disgusting to say the least it just breeds contempt for buyers who place there trust in your company to safe guard them only to find out that your promise is worthless I purchased in good faith and got scammed i complain to you and you are siding with the scammers In my opinion this is not acceptable
