I have had 2 cases opened for £30 and £40, the money was sent to me from a friend, and now they are requesting it back as unauthorised, when it was as I know they sent it to me. I also don’t have the money in my account to send back and I don’t know what to do.
Is this a real friend you know in person? Not some faux friend on social media? Maybe they filed it by mistake? Have you contacted them and ask what is the deal with these disputes? If PayPal determines that sender really sent it, will rule that it is not unauthorized or otherwise you'll owe this money if someone broke into their account and sent the money.
