Does anybody know why my dispute keeps being delayed and pushed to later dates. I was meant to know the outcome of my case on the 5th of December then it got pushed to the 11th then the 14th and now I’ve checked it it’s changed to the 17th of December. Please can somebody help as I have been scammed £188 on some shoes
Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads ! So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.
As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund. Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.

Thank you, I ordered some shoes of a fake website that claimed they were based in the uk next thing they have put there name in Chinese writing and never got back to my emails and I never received the item. Cost me £188 so fingers crossed I’ll get my money back. Thanks for the help
