My case was denied after 2 weeks with the reason being that "the dispute was submitted with insufficient information/documentation to support the claim and we were unable to obtain the required information/documentation after requesting it from you"...except I definitely provided more info. A week into the case I got an email requesting more info so I provided screenshots and typed out nearly a paragraph of what happened. But now the case is closef and it's not giving me an option to send the info again or anything. I've been back and forth with Paypal on this going on 2 months now, getting a little ridiculous.
