Case decided in my favour - no refund!

Opened a case which was decided in my favour so I sent the item back as instructed by paypal. Uploaded tracking and the item has arrived but I have not recieved a refund. Whats going on!! It now says my case is under review???

Under review I guess until they check your tracking number shows online that the item is delivered.

If you want to give customer services a call and they may release it for you sooner.
