Case decided in my favor, but its still open? Email says it is now closed.

My case was decided in my favor and I received an e-mail confirming this and it also says this case is now closed. When I login to my PayPal account the link to "Needs attention. Disputes to review" is still there in my summary and the case shows as open still with the current status of "Awaiting seller response. We’re waiting for the seller's response. We'll get back to you by February 10, 2019 at 10:31:14 PM PST." The case was for a refund, which has now been credited to my PayPal account since the case was decided in my favor. Did someone just forget to close the case after the e-mail was sent? I just want to make sure everything is done before I do anything with my refund. Thanks

Contact customer service to get it closed for sure:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
