Case closed on unauthorized transaction

Hello, today I have received several emails on my Nintendo account cause someone was attempting to enter in my account. Of course I immediately changed my password but it did nothing since less than 30 minutes later there were 3 different transactions in my paypal account adding roughly up to 200 Euros. I have disputed the transactions and opened a case, but now they closed the case telling me the transactions "were not unauthorized". What does it means? Can't Paypal do anything about that? Do I need to contact Nintendo directly? Hope somebody can help me, thanks in advance.

It means that PayPal did not find or determined there was unauthorized access however, you can contact customer service to request a review:
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
