Case closed of Unauthorized transaction

An unauthorized transaction got done from my paypal account. I immediately called PayPal and filed a case which was closed next day emailing that it was not an unauthorized transaction. Their message center does not respond at all. Can't even find the option to reopen the case. Tried to call them also, got to know their call center is closed on Saturday and Sunday. That's really disappointing.
