Well, I'm totally bumfuzzled. HOW do I reach a real person? Have spent several hours over three days trying to get through Resolution Center (only have 10 days total to dispute case being closed). Resolution center link hasn't worked. Paid for several items which were never received. Merchant said merchandise was delivered so PP closed the case. Sigh. But I never received the items. So, if anyone has an email or other way to reach a real person, please let me know. That may be a scam merchant, or perhaps shipped but I never received. I just hate paying nearly $40 for something that I don't receive.
