Case closed because I forgot to upload tracking informations
Hello. I had two returns to do from PayPal cases along with a few items to ship that I sold. With that and with the stress that was brought by my finals with school, I apparently forgot to submit a tracking number for one of the returns, that I shipped 2 weeks ago or more. I just received the email that the case was closed, and I can't send a message to support because it says that no agents are available. Because of that, I am 100 usd in the hole, plus 50-60usd that I costed me to send the item back. What do I do.
