Case closed - I didn't respond to emails I never recieved or summit info I was never asked for.

So back in September, I purchased a pair of combat boots through a fashion re-seller site. In my opinion, the boots didn't come as described. I made a dispute with PP and I spoke to the seller.

 

I find out that the case was closed in his favour because I didn't summit the required information they needed from me. And that I was sent emails asking me to respond which I never recieved. 

 

Has anyone experienced anything similar to this?
