Case claim closed decided in sellers favor

I made a typo on the dispute amount and I called Paypal twice and they told me its okay that they took note. Now the case is closed and I am at a loss of money. I picked the first option amount of 2,660 JPY and I wanted a full refund of 26,660 JPY. What can Paypal do to help me? I can't open another case. The seller didn't even respond but just decided to refund me the incorrect amount as typo that is 22.81 in USD. What can I do now? I want to call as soon as possible.
