Case Not Showing in Resolution Center

Yesterday, I opened a case through PayPal Credit for an item that was not as described. When I click on the transaction, it says, "There is an open dispute associated with this transaction. Visit Resolution Center to view status." However, when I go to the resolution center, there are no open cases (or closed ones, for that matter). 

 

When I opened the case, I received no email (confirmation or otherwise), and the payment status on the transaction is being shown as "completed," although I thought it was supposed to go to 'pending' or something if there was a case opened for the transaction.

 

I think it's been about 24hrs since I opened the case, so maybe there's just a lag, but I think it's strange since, again, I received no email confirmation or anything. I'm just a little antsy since, obviously, I'm annoyed about the item I received, and I don't want to lose my money.
