Hello today morning somebody stoled my money with my paypal account, After this case changed my password paypal account and blocked my mastercard, and reported this case (Case ID: PP-I-14219824) in paypal. After this report(dispute) closed, and write this message by the paypal:-"Thank you for reporting this case. We've issued refunds for certain unauthorized transactions covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. " . After I unblock my mastercard, but this money didnt refund yet. What can I do , please help me
