I made an agreement with a seller and bought a digital product, this was on the 7th of August ,2020.
Now the seller wont hold up his end of the bargain and i want my money back so i can buy from a more reliable source but when i open dispute it closes right away. What can i do?
My experience with a company in Hong Kong that wasnt held up or supported by Paypal and had a deadline that I couldn't meet,i.e. in a too tight timeframe. Complied with a condition to return the bogus product to the HK company, nane and address supplied by Paypal, incurring a further cost to me. Never getting a receipt of delivery of my returned bogus product. Resulting in me getting an email from Paypal saying that my claim was denied. Customer support, what a laugh !
