Case Closed: Protected by PayPal

I reported unauthorized transactions a while ago. The case is now closed and Paypal said "Thank you for reporting this case. We've issued refunds for certain unauthorized transactions covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We've noted the account changes you reported with this case."

They sent me an email and said the money will be refunded to my Paypal account. That's also stated under the case, although it's close it is stated that "The money will be refunded to the original payment method"

The thing is, I've been waiting for over 20 days now and I still haven't got my refund yet. I've been reaching out to their email, twitter and even in message center but I got no response till this day!

Am I able to get my money back?
