Case Closed Needs Reopened/No Refund Received

I opened a case recently as an order I made did not arrive on time. The order had then turned up and by that time the case was automatically closed. However the items I purchased did not fit so I sent them back via Royal Mail tracked service. The company is no longer operating and I have tried and failed to communicate with them to receive a refund plus I am unable to another case. I am now £126 out of pocket. Can anyone advise on what to do? Thanks Jordan
