My dilemma I am facing is that I am trying to register a new card to my account. It says the card information is incorrect when it IS NOT !!! I know I am not entering it incorrectly because when I enter the card on the gift card site it shows the amount perfectly fine. Then my account got limited for me previously and repetitively trying to register this car into my paypal wallet! It is limiting me for trying to add funds and is pending me to multiple days! I have family I have to feed over seas! I have NEVER had this problem with vanilla gift cards before!? What is going on!?
