Card entered wrong

I entered a prepaid visa gift card into my wallet as a debit card. When I attempted to use it it was declined. I then entered the card again as a credit card. This resulted in limitations being placed on my account. The problem is that under these limitations I can’t remove the card and I can’t resolve the limitations in the resolution center because they are asking for a credit card statement which does not exist for a prepaid gift card. I made a mess here. Does anyone know how to fix this or at least give me a phone number to call because I can’t seem to find one on the website. Thanks in advance.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
