Card confirmation after limitation is impossible

How can i confirm my credit card after i get banned?

After i click Resolve i see list of my cards, i tried to click on each, there is nothing to confirm, i can only update info, but after that nothing, i still need to confirm a card. How to fix this bug? Im waiting for second month...

Btw that case was resolved by seller, i got my money back, but paypal didnt unlock my account.

I don't remember exactly but I contacted them via Facebook or so... I didn't call them. I remember that I received a message from them, so you def need to reach their support agent as it's a bug.
