My account was limited and paypal sent me an email that I can now withdraw my funds after 180 days. I linked a visa card and tried to withdraw the funds but paypal is asking me to verify myself using my old mobile number which I dont have anymore. So what I did is I linked my new mobile number and confirmed it but whenever I try to withdraw it always give me an error saying we couldn't verify if it's you. Can someone please help me?
