My accnt has fund but till now i still cant withdraw ot transfer. Yhey ask me a proof and i did send all my proofs.but till now they dobt fix.i still have dashboard.evrrytime i clivk dashboard it keep sating that "2-3 days"its been 7mos that i send my proof.hope yoh can help me.i try to call the paypal still not fix.
