This is my first time using paypal and i payed a facebook seller £50 for my item and I accidentally payed as a personal transaction. Its been 2 weeks now and the seller has still not posted my item. I cant open a dispute due to it being a personal transaction not a purchase. This is my first time using payal and im not sure what to do. Thank you

Hello @Travisparr
Thanks for reaching Community Forum!
We apologize for that experience! PayPal has no option to dispute a personal transaction, other option that you can do is, if this transaction was funded by your card, then you can contact your Card issuer as they have protection coverage for this situation. Best of luck and stay safe always!
