Cant fix my account in the resolution centre??!!

I sold 2 items on ebay which i have posted and provided tracking numbers for, they have both left possitive feed back and the funds are available in my account. however when i choose to withdraw its directing me to the resolutiion centre to resolve issues with my account.

 

the first one being proof of address, this one says its in progress as i have provided a utility bill.

 

the second one being "provide invoices" for the merchandise that i sold, well i dont have any invoices or receipts so how do i resolve that?

 

the third ad final one being provide proof of delivery, ive done this for both the products ive sold yet it still says i need to provide the information?

 

anyone else had this problem?
