Cant close my account as it is permanently limited?

I need to close my paypal account as they have permanently limited my account, and the reasons are nowhere to be found too. first they asked me to resolve some limitations and asked my credit card info where i dont even have any credit card. and now they have permanently limited my account! Because of that i cant close my account too. its frustrating right now

Sadly not, paypal limits the account to stop you removing anything from it or closing it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another paypal account against their rules.
