Hey guys i Filled a dispute to paypal, but didnt chose the right one and it got Denied, how can i open a new one when it wont let me? Chose unautherized when i should have chosen Freud or something like that cuz i got scamed from a seller. And now it wont let me open a new one to send the right one
Go tomessage center and start a chat session, have to answer a few automated questions to get a human, if you find yourself going in circles back to resolution center then try non-standard responses to bot questions and that might work to get to human agent. Explain to agent what you want to do.
