my funds have been held for whatever reason, and its asking to confirm my identity. i uploaded my ssn and state id, but its also asking for a drivers license or utility or phone bill. the problem is that i dont have a license yet and i dont pay any bills. what do i do?
Do you have a bank statement? Or credit card statement?
In order to claim funds into your PayPal balance and hold a PayPal balance, you'll have to verify your identity if you haven't already linked a bank and/or card to your PayPal account.
