Hi i have had somebody open a case as they have not received their item even though i have proof they signed for it'' they first opened a case with ebay but ebay closed it after i provided proof they had signed for the parcel now they have opened a paypal case and i keep going to the resolution center as it is waiting for my response but it will not let me add the tracking number or the courier' any help in this matter would be appreciated.

Same problem, and i also send messages to paypal and i don't receive any answer form them, the time is also counted.
I receive an automatic email from them than i can update the case but there is NOWHERE to update my respond message or resend a message to clear the "awaiting respond"
What can I do?? someone know?
