We are a charity trying to set up a new Paypal account . Paypal have taken our directors names from Companies House and now i am trying to update their dob and address but get the message " We're sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please check your entries and try again."
I am filling all the fields correctly. what is the reason?
If you are unable to edit the information on your business information section then you can request this to be done manually for you. If you send an email via the "Help & Contact" link stating that you are not able to edit the requested information we will be able to review it for you. It may be that you are sent a manual form to complete and send back to us.
