I am currently unable to send or receive payment from some PayPal accounts. I have tried every suggested solution yet and still to no avail. I keep getting an error message, "This recipient is currently unable to receive payments". Please help me
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
