Cannot restore my account and cannot contact customer service

Hello, from 3 days straight my account has been limited, I have provided everything I am asked to provide!I am texting customer service from 2 days straight and I haven't received any reply!I have a lot of money I can't withdraw!On top of that, my child is diagnosed with cancer and we do not have enough money to continue his therapy!Please restore my account or I'm afraid I will be seeking legal actions such as police or prosecution against PayPal, because I consider this a form of large scale fraud! I'm sure that at least 100000 people do have the same problem I do and are stuck in the same situation!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
