Hi, I have two Paypal Accounts. One has a balance of $100 and the other has $3 or $4. However, the $100 account says "You have an Unresolved Issue" in your other Account. When I log into the other account, everything shows up in Chinese! Anyone seen this problem. Pls HELP!!
