Hi, my money's been on hold since December 2019. I've waited the 180 days that they hold onto your money. I got the email stating that I could withdraw my funds, but when I go to withdraw my funds, I get an error message stating that due to account limitations I cannot withdraw my funds. I've been trying to call Paypal for a month now and trying to get in touch with a live person with no success. Please help, thanks.
